Fountain Built Senegal

We have started an important project in which we are building wells in Senegal. The project usually lasts 3 months due to the costly excavations that have to be carried out. The costs for a well are 550.- CHF. Donors have the option of either donating the entire amount or contributing part of it.

Additionally, we set aside a small portion of the donation amount to address potential repairs in case the well sustains damage. If the well dries up after a few years, we utilize the funds to dig deeper and restore the well.

By building wells in Senegal, we can give many communities in rural areas access to clean water. This improves their health and increases their quality of life. In addition, people no longer have to walk long distances to fetch water, which saves them time and energy that they can use for other activities.
